Crazy Hills strives to ensure that every ordered product reaches its customer as soon as possible. Every product you purchase through the webshop is in our warehouse and we strive to ship it on the day it was ordered or the next business day.

We cooperate with Mail Boxes Etc. for the delivery of our products.

Shipping for all orders for all countries above 99,00 € is FREE.

The delivery we send via Mail Boxes Etc. is always tracked. and you will receive a tracking number when sending the order or as soon as we receive it from the delivery service. We recommend that you use the links in our e-mail to track your shipments.

Possible customs duties and local taxes are not included in the delivery cost.

PAYMENT ON CASH ON DELIVERY

Customers from Croatia or Slovenia can pay for their orders on delivery (so-called Cash on Delivery).
This service is not available for other countries.
