These terms of service apply to the use of the CH Innovations j.d.o.o. webshop at www.CrazyHill.com, including all subpages and to the purchase of products available there. Please read these terms carefully before use. Your agreement to the terms of service stated here is a prerequisite for using the webshop and making a purchase.

The webshop is set up and operated by CH Innovations j.d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Crazy Hills" or "Seller"), which is also the holder of all rights.

Crazy Hills provides a webshop service on the website www.Crazy Hills.com. The service can be used worldwide and consists of providing information services, managing content, conducting financial transactions, selling products between you as a webshop user (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and us as the Seller, and arranging the delivery of products.
You as the Buyer accept these terms of service electronically when entering the checkout process and/or confirming your order in the webshop. We also encourage you to read the Privacy & Cookie policy section as it also applies to your use of the webshop. These terms of service apply to the rights and obligations arising from the conclusion of a distance sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") between the Buyer and the Seller and are considered an integral part of such contracts in relation to the conditions and method of ordering products, product prices, payment methods, refunds and complaints, delivery, etc. related to the use www.Crazy Hills.com.
The Buyer may only be an adult and a person with legal capacity. The contract on behalf and for the account of a minor and a person with complete legal capacity may be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians. The Seller shall not be liable for any action contrary to this term.
Users of www.Crazy Hills.com are obliged to provide accurate, valid and complete personal data when filling out the registration forms, as behavior contrary to this authorizes the Seller to deny such a user access to or the realization of all or part of the webshop service www.Crazy Hills.com.
Customer data provided by the Customer will not be transferred or sold to a third party.
The services we provide to you through the webshop do not include the costs you incur for using computer equipment and other electronic equipment (electronic devices) and services to access our webshop. Crazy Hills is not responsible for telephone costs, data traffic or any other costs that may arise when ordering or viewing the content of the webshop and using the services available there. Crazy Hills is exempt from any liability for damage that may occur to devices that enable access to www.Crazy Hills.com and data stored on the same devices when using www.Crazy Hills.com if the same is caused by illegal actions of third parties, computer viruses, etc. and other cases for which Crazy Hills is not responsible.
You agree not to indemnify or hold Crazy Hills, including its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, suppliers, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, vendors, interns and employees, harmless from any claim, claim, demand, or demand made by any third party, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Crazy Hills expressly disclaims all liability for the accuracy and/or completeness of all information and content contained on www.Crazy Hills.com. Crazy Hills reserves the right to make errors in product descriptions and images, as all materials, photographs and text are provided in good faith on the webshop.
Crazy Hills reserves the right to change or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any products, as well as to change the content of the webshop without prior approval or notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS
The valid version of the Terms of Service is always considered to be the version published on these pages. In the event of a dispute, the version in force at the time of purchase and with which you, as the Customer, expressed your consent at the time of ordering will apply.
In order to comply with changes in the law or our business processes, there is a possibility of occasional changes to the terms of service, of which Crazy Hills is technically unable to notify every user, so we recommend that you read this text when using the webshop again in order to familiarize yourself with possible changes.
CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By browsing the content of the webshop, you can freely choose the products you want and add them to your non-binding shopping cart. After selecting the products you want to purchase, by clicking on the shopping cart icon you enter the ordering process, where you enter all the data necessary to complete the order, confirm your agreement to the terms of service and, depending on the selected payment method, make the payment. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded at the moment when the product ordering process is completed, therefore the actions you take and confirm at that moment are considered binding. After submitting the order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Confirmation') to the email address you provided during the ordering process. Receipt of the order is considered confirmation of the conclusion of the sales contract by the seller. As confirmation of payment, you will also receive a payment confirmation from our payment service provider (payment gateway), if you have chosen the card payment service.
PRICE
The prices in the webshop are retail prices. The prices of products or services and delivery prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
The Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice. The Seller also has the right to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for a specific product, product group and/or for all products, as well as for a specific payment method at any time without prior notice.
All ordered products are delivered at the prices and conditions valid in the webshop on the day the order is sent, regardless of the prices and conditions valid on the day of delivery.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although the availability of the product is indicated in the webshop, if an error occurs in stock tracking, a specific product that is shown as available is actually not available. In this very rare and exceptional case, we will inform you in a timely manner via the contact information you provided when ordering. We will offer you to choose another product instead of the unavailable product, without obligation to accept such an offer. If you do not accept the offer, Crazy Hills will give you a full refund no later than 14 days from the date of payment. Crazy Hills assures you that all products are monitored daily with the utmost care by our team.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Buyer can make payment in the following ways:
I. by cash on delivery (COD) (in the ways offered by the delivery service)
II. by credit or debit cards
If the Buyer chooses to pay by credit or debit cards, Crazy Hills cooperates with Stripe to provide the payment service.

GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
I. Gift Card
You can purchase or receive a gift card from Crazy Hills. The gift card will contain codes that can be entered during the ordering process to be used. The amount that can be used will be stated on your gift card upon purchase or receipt.
II. Promotional Codes
Crazy Hills reserves the right to periodically conduct sales promotions for all or certain products in the webshop. During the sales campaign, the (potential) Customer will receive promotional codes that can be used during the ordering process.
